Every mattress is built by hand in our South Carolina facility — not on an automated production line. Real craftspeople. Real accountability. Real quality.
High-Density Foams Only
Foam density determines how long a mattress holds its shape. Cheap mattresses use low-density foam that breaks down in months. Ours use premium high-density foam built to last years.
Individually Wrapped Coils
Cheap mattresses use interlocked Bonnell coils — they move together, sag together, and fail together. Our pocketed coils respond independently for true support that lasts.
QC Rejection Policy
Every finished mattress goes through quality inspection before it ships. If it doesn't meet our standards, it goes back — not out the door. You only get a perfect mattress.
