How Long It Takes
Standard sizes: Ship within 2–5 business days, arrive in 7–12 business days from order.
Custom sizes: Add 3–5 production days for the custom cut. Still arrives most of the time in under two weeks total.
FedEx handles the delivery, typically 3–5 business days in transit once it leaves our South Carolina facility. We send tracking as soon as the label prints.
What It Ships In
Every mattress ships compressed and rolled inside a 17" × 17" × 42" box. Small enough to carry through any RV door, up a stepladder, or through a standard bedroom entry.
Cut the bag, unroll it on your platform, and sleep on it the same night. Full expansion takes 15 minutes of breathing; the corners finish filling in over the first 24 hours.
Address Accuracy
You're responsible for giving us the correct delivery address. We cannot recover costs for undeliverable or refused packages. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — especially the city, state, and ZIP.
If a package is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to you and quote re-shipping at the actual carrier rate.
